Hello, I'm Rachel.
I'm a professionally certified leadership coach with over a decade of experience in supporting leaders at moments of consequence.
I combine emotional depth with strategic credibility, which means I can hold the human conversation and the business needs at the same time. I know the value of bringing truth to a room. From experience I've learned that the personal and professional are never as far apart as we might like to think.
Before certifying as a leadership coach, I spent 15 years as a senior leader in the consumer goods industry working for companies such as Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola and innocent drinks. I understand how my clients operate because I've worked in their world too.
